“Curiosity killed the cat”… I’ve never liked this quote. It makes it feel like curiosity will lead to trouble and disappointment when in reality, curiosity fills the mind with possibility. And possibility, leads to change. And change, leads to a deeper understanding of ones self and others. And that, my friends, is the ultimate goal in life :)

This series was inspired by the need for a change in my style of work. I dedicated the month of March to create a series of work with no expectations in mind other than to explore a side of me that has been felt a little ignored lately - my childish side. I wanted to tap ino the whimsical world of nature that has inspired so much of who I am ever since I was a child growing up on a flower farm. I’m so happy with the outcome, and I have a feeling this wont be the last time this style of work will be created :)
